There is lots of necessary to act in business: all should be thought at
customers’ angle. But reality is not that, our people always ignore this
point intentionally or unconsciously from facts, maybe it is for company’s
profit or personal profit. At last, the supplier which stands on this principle
has wined the trust and support, at meanwhile, they got the profit.
PP industry chain can be classified four sorts: material, product, machinery,
and end products; it should experience lot of links same as all semi-product
factories. For example: depend on spinning machine, PP is processed PP
fiber in all specifications by adding assistant, then the fiber is weaved belt
or others, the belt factory sell the belt to bag factory, then it is form end
product at last, and used by end customers.
Generally speaking, the bag factory won’t tell the PP fiber supplier to their
consumer, the product of suppliers’ quality determine the rank of end product,
for example, YKK slide fastener supplies for many fashion garments, such as
ESPR, MB, etc. Then the YKK consumer make it honored, and YKK has jumped
because of many famous consumer, advance by each other. The same cases
can be found everywhere; but there is much food for thought, which is how
about the PP fiber industry.
Now, in the PP fiber industry, bottomed out, in fact, there are many active
and creative people are ready, one word is famous: no progress and pullulation
in itself is equal to degeneracy, because the competitor is going ahead. The
jump-off point is different, where is next breach?
India and Indonesia need more and more fiber products, they advance the
higher requirements of performance and cost control, as for semi-products
factory, they are thinking about how control cost mostly, and quality better
and better, create more and more quickly, so the supplier must be powerful
and fierce enterprise on PP fiber market in the future; at meanwhile, the
material supplier, machinery supplier have no need to create for creation only,
they should think about the strategy and plan at enterprise’s angle. The
marketis changing and more and more competitive, we have to hold our
ground, strengthen creation, and then we will win at last.
