Any time, we are interested in others’ feedback, that means they have accepted us
at least, and then next step is how to closer to them, in my opinion, the key points
are communication and advantage.
As for the buyer, you should complete your contact way when you leave message
for some products, include the email, cell phone or telephone, just an address, even
can’t find it on the net, then the message will be forgot, because the seller
can’t communicate with you, unless they have colleague in your city, or they find
your contact way by 114, but it is more efficient to put into cell phone directly.
As for seller, there is only the email in the feedback, they should reply to them at
once, may be your competitors are replying on the net. So you can’t assure the
customer consulting you only, in addition, if leaved the cell phone, you had better
reply by experienced sales directly, if your business representative isn’t familiar
with products, don’t reply informally, otherwise, it will express your unprofessional.
Now there are many message boards, email box on the corporation website, it is
not the key, which is regarding it by each other. Then you can really get high
efficient feedback, otherwise it will be vacant, and waste time.
